Faith Pérez McGowan, PsyD (she/her)

I am a Licensed Psychologist committed to helping teens and adults quiet worries and fears, and identify harmful patterns that are holding them back.  I help clients with a variety of issues including anxiety, OCD, phobias, insomnia, trauma, low self-esteem, and relationship problems.  When we work together, you can expect to practice challenging unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, learn more effective coping skills, and have more restful sleep.

I believe in taking a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach that allows you to honestly explore your concerns at your pace. Together, we can find solutions that will allow you to take steps towards living a more full and meaningful life. Adults, Couples, & Consultation

Sean Patrick McGowan, PsyD, ABPP (he/him)

I am a Licensed Psychologist who is committed to helping my clients better understand themselves and make desired changes in their lives. One way I do this is by trying to see the world through your eyes and experiences. I will work to help you feel safe and free enough to express what bothers or confuses you.

Throughout our treatment, I will maintain a stance of curiosity and respect for your experiences. Importantly, my focus is not just on what is “going wrong,” but also on your strengths and capabilities. Further, I will regularly check-in on how we are working and relating to one another and how your difficulties with others may repeat themselves in our relationship.

I have training and experience in treating those who struggle with depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, alcohol and tobacco misuse, and relationship problems. If you think my training, experience, and approach would be a good match for your needs, then I would encourage you to contact me to schedule an initial consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
